Pam Lanford's Profile

Mrs. Pam Lanford
Buford, GA
Bio:
Pam Lanford is a native Atlantan, graduating from Decatur High School. Pam is the third instructor in The Cotillion Group to have married her high school sweetheart. She graduated from Georgia State University with degrees in Sociology and Psychology. "I've been known as a 'Professional Volunteer," she adds. "It seems I was a constant board member-at school, church, sports, neighborhood associations, Cancer Society, and yes, Cotillion! I was fortunate to become affiliated with Tammy and the Cotillion Group in l991, when I served on the board while my son (Scott-now graduating in May from University of Georgia) went through the program. I was so impressed with what the students learned that I helped begin The St. Ives Cotillion. I began teaching with Tammy in l996 and even today, feel it is a most important part of my life. My love of children and seeing what a positive influence the program makes on them is my favorite part of teaching. Their enthusiasm and smiles mean so much to me."
